How to add contacts

Adding emails of your clients, members and other related people on the Vidbeyond platform helps you manage their contacts better and also saves a lot of time for you to send the video email to many people at once. 

You easily can add contacts of people you would like to share videos with with the following steps:

Step 1: Click on “Contacts” on the left of the screen.

Step 2: Select the “+ New” button in the middle or on the top left on the screen. There will be a pop-up window to create a new contact.

Step 3: Add the email of people you would like to share videos with (required). You also can add their first, last names, and phone numbers in boxes down below (not required).

Step 4: Click “Save” to add their contacts on the Vidbeyond platform.

You can edit contacts after adding them by clicking “Edit”, or remove them from the list by clicking “Delete” on the right, at the “Action” section. When you have already added contacts on the platform, you can click the small “+New” button above to add new contacts.

How to create a group of contacts on the Vidbeyond platform?

Note: To be able to create a group on this platform, you need to add the contacts first (read the steps above to know how to add contacts). 

When you have already added contacts on the platform, you can follow the steps down below to create a group:

Step 1: Click on “Contacts” on the left of the screen.

Step 2: Select the “Groups” section.

Step 3:  Select the “+ New” button in the middle of the screen. There is a pop-up window to create a new group.

Step 4: Enter your group name (required). Ex: Marketing team, School members,… You also can add information in the description box below (not required).

Step 5: Click “Save” to create the group.

How to add contacts to a created group?

Note: To be able to add contacts to a group, first, you need to add contacts of each individual (read the steps above to know how to add contacts). 

Steps to add contacts to a group:

Step 1: Click on the name of a group that you want to add contacts.

Step 2: A new page pops up. Click on the “+ Add” button above. There is a pop-up window to add a contact.

Step 3: Enter an individual email that is already added to the platform (You only can add one email at a time).

Step 4: Click “Add” to add the contact to the group.

You can edit or remove contacts by clicking “Edit” or “Delete” on the right, at the “Action” section.
